OMFG, have you heard of these in Japan?
No Pan kissa means, "no panty cafe".
In Japan there used to be cafes where the waitresses would wear tight and short miniskirts with NO PANTIES! and for a good tip they'll reach for things and/or pick things up so you get a little peek of their tight petite lil japanese ass!!!
